Manage the section on daily basis
Responsible for daily administrative tasks
Carry out general correspondences
Coordinate Event Management programs, as and when required
Initiate & extend corporate Social welfare programs
Ensure the security of all Office equipments and machineries of company
Maintain fair and working disciplinary procedures or office decorum in the Company
Monitor and evaluate employees
Any other tasks assigned by GM or Management.
Maintain proper records of and documents
Ensure proper transport arrangements during events, official tours, meetings, etc.
